个人简历

林娜,女,教授,博士生导师。主要从事光电功能材料的理论模拟,包括非线性光学功能材料光谱特性的第一性原理研究、二维纳米光电功能材料电子输运特性的第一性原理研究、新型宽禁带半导体氧化镓缺陷调控及生长动力学的理论研究等。主持973项目子课题、国家自然科学基金及山东省自然科学基金等科研项目。已发表SCI论文60余篇。
