个人简历

山东大学教授、博导,国家优青(2022),山东省杰青(2021)。山东大学杰出中青年学者第一层次,齐鲁青年学者。曾任德国洪堡学者、日本JSPS研究员。现任中国感光学会光催化专业委员会委员,中国可再生能源学会光化学专业委员会青委会委员,欧洲研究委员会(ERC)评审专家,国际标准化组织ISO/TC206投票专家,WCF2024国际会议分会主席。入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单“终身科学影响力排行榜”(2024-2025)和“年度科学影响力排行榜”(2020-2025)。

长期从事单颗粒水平的能源催化研究,首创了具有时空分辨能力的单颗粒光谱方法体系,在微纳尺度上揭示能量传递与转化的本质过程,为高效清洁能源催化提供了新的研究范式。已在Nature Nanotechnol.Nature Commun.J. Am. Chem. Soc.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Nano Lett.Adv. Mater.等期刊发表论文150余篇,其中ESI高被引论文16篇,总计引用13000余次。获山东省自然科学二等奖、教育部自然科学二等奖、英国皇家化学会JMCA新锐科学家、ICMAT2023国际会议Rising Star Speaker Award等奖项。
